Seven decades of know-how for a single result: perfect gloves on paper backing.
Our showpiece. This automatic machine produces film gloves directly on a paper backing - in a single working stage.
Typical application: package inserts for hair dyes.
This is how it works: two films and a paper web run into position with millimetre accuracy owing to photoeclectric cells. Perfectly shaped gloves are sealed from the superimposed film webs which directly adhere to the paper. The waste film is drawn off. The final cut is made - hey presto! Up to 120 items per minute.
The automatic machine is available in two different glove configurations: these can be optionally positioned superimposed („sandwich“) or in parallel („side by side“) on the paper.

The advantage of „sandwich“: less paper consumption.
